According to the World Chart of
Persons in Psychotherapy, I give you the following information :
We
are both together engaged in a work of psychotherapy. You are free to put an end
to this work at any time. In respect of your own development, you should inform
me about your decision and not stop abruptly. If there is any problem,
you may alwas tel me about. You also may inform my reference organizations if
you prefer.
In
order to facilitate the work on Internet, wehre we do not see each other, please
give me any information you judgeinterestin ! age, gender, family situation,
profession etc. A photo is highly apreaciated in order to make you more present
for me.
Before starting a therapy, we
agree on the length and the frequence of the sessions.
The fees have to be paid the
day of the session. So please make sure transfers and chequs qill have arrived.
If you have to cancel an
appointment, please inform me as soon as posisble. If not, the fee is due.
In case of urgency, you may
ocntact me between the appointments by mail, messenger or phone.
'Normally, I register every Internet session in order to contole the quality of
my work. The sesions can be used anonymously by me for training and research. If
you do not agree with this, simply inform me, and I will not youse your
sessions.
